Event Room Rental Fees

$35.00 for 1 hr

$65.00 for 2 hrs

$92.50 for 3 hrs

$150.00 per day

NOTE: if you, for example, need only 1 ½ hrs, please round it off to 2 hrs.

If renting for more than 2 hours:

$50 refundable security deposit required for Unicorn Room.

$100 refundable security deposit required for Event room.

You may prepay using a credit card of your choice through Google.

NOTE: due to the high credit cart processing fees, a 2% service charge will be applied to all credit card transactions. To avoid these fees, you may mail a check/money order, made out to Transformations, to:

OFFICE RENTALS

$75.00 - For 1 day a week = $300.00 per month, plus utilities $7.00. Total monthly: $307.00

$65.00 - per day, for 2 days a week = $520 per month, plus utilities $12/month. Total monthly: $532.00

$50.00 - per day, if renting for 3 days a week = $600 month, plus utilities $15/month ( Electric, Gas, Water, CAM charges and all supplies) Total monthly: $615.00

Refundable Security Deposit is additional month’s rent

Plus, $100 – refundable Key Deposit.
